GEDSI in Practice: Stories from Veterinary Professionals in the Asia-Pacific Region. FAVA would like to invite our members inspire the GEDSI story telling.

Every veterinary journey has its own twists, turns, and unique moments. Whether your experiences are big or small, IVSA Asia & Pacific would love to hear your reflections on gender equality, disability, or social inclusion (GEDSI) in practice. Behind every professional is a unique path, and by sharing a piece of yours, you can help us lift up underrepresented voices
and support future veterinarians starting their own journeys.

This initiative is a core component of a major regional GEDSI collaboration between IVSA Asia & Pacific (IVSA A&P),the Federation of Asian Veterinary Associations (FAVA), the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH),and the Asian Association of Veterinary Schools (AAVS). Together, we are working to foster a more visible, encouraging, and equitable veterinary community across the Asia-Pacific region.
