Dear PPFA 2020 registered participants and industry professionals,

We, as the organizers of Pig & Poultry Focus Asia or PPFA 2020 have been monitoring and assessing the development of situation, it has come to our attention that there are still reports of new cases with people who contracted the COVID-19 around the world.

In light of the emerging situation with given the international travel restrictions placed on many participants, we decided to postpone the conference originally scheduled on 23 – 24 March 2020, with the new dates, confirmed on 7 – 8 July 2020 at AVANI Sukhumvit Bangkok Hotel, Thailand.

We continue to track the development of the situation daily; we have taken the difficult decision to reschedule the event in which the safety and health of our participants are always our top priority. We remain committed to providing the latest trends of technical conferences in Pig and Poultry industry.

VICTAM and Animal Health and Nutrition Asia 2020 will also be rescheduled to 9 – 11 July 2020 in BITEC, Bangkok so participants could maximize their business opportunities.

VICTAM and Animal Health and Nutrition Asia 2020 postponed to July 2020

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE ****

March 3rd, 2020

VICTAM and Animal Health and Nutrition Asia 2020 postponed to July 2020

The management teams from the VICTAM Corporation and VIV worldwide have decided to postpone VICTAM and Animal Health and Nutrition Asia 2020 in Bangkok to July 9 – 11, 2020 due to the situation report #39 from the WHO published on February 28th in which the risk assessment for the regional level as well as the global level changed from high to very high.

This decision has been taken after careful consideration and in the interest of exhibitors and visitors and, above all, to protect the health of all attendees. The organizers assessed that the actual situation will not guarantee the quality of the exhibition and will not create enough business opportunities for our exhibitors and visitors under the current circumstances. Eighty percent of the exhibitors also agreed with organizers that the postponement of the event is the best solution and have therefore confirmed the decision to move their participation to July 2020, trusting that the situation will improve during the next few months.

VICTAM and Animal Health and Nutrition Asia 2020 is thus re-scheduled in July 9-11, 2020. The objective remains the same, which is to realize the total animal feed and health event organized by VICTAM and VIV.
