13th Seminar on the Animal Lovers Network

Prof. Dr. Achariya Sailasuta, Director of FAVA office, Bangkok, congratulates Mr. Sawan Sangbunlung, the former Secretary General of Thai Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal (TSPCA), who has contributed to the prevention of cruelty and the provision of animal welfare deserves to be honored to the nation and internationally. Mr Tirapong Pangsrivongse, President of TSPCA graciously presented the token of appreciation to Mr. Sawan Sangbunlung in the 13th seminar on the animal lovers network in the theme of Love Animal Through Kindness and Responsibility. Which has been successfully held during 20-21 June, 2025 at Cape Racha Hotel, Sriracha, Chonburi, Thailand. The seminar is one of the biggest platform for multi- stakeholders of animal lovers in Thailand, composed of 51 organizations and societies hosted by TSPCA, one of the leading association on Animal Welfare in Thailand.
